Poco C3 could be a rebranded Redmi 9C for India

Poco C3 launches on October 6 in India

Xiaomi Poco C3 Flipkart listing has revealed some key specifications of the budget offering, ahead of its launch on October 6. In the heads up the launch, Poco has been releasing teasers of the C3 on its official social media channels and now the Flipkart listing has spilled some more beans on what to expect from the Poco C3.

As per the updated Flipkart listing, Poco C3 is confirmed to feature an HD+ display and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, the phone is fitted with a 13MP primary camera and will be offered with upto 4GB RAM. Another post on Twitter hints at the Poco C3 specifications and it looks eerily similar to the Redmi 9C that was launched as the Redmi 9 on August 27 in India. Poco is comparing the C3 with the Realme C11, Realme C12 and the Realme C15 that were all launched between July and August 2020 in India.

Moreover, pictures of the retail box of the Poco C3 have been leaked online listing the price of the 4GB RAM variant as Rs 10,999. The official price of this variant could be lower than the price mentioned on the retail box. Interestingly, the Redmi 9 launched in India starting at Rs 8,999 for the 4GB RAM variant.

Let’s take a look at the specifications of the Redmi 9C as the Poco C3 is expected to be it’s rebranded version.
