Xiaomi Poco C3 Flipkart listing has revealed some key specifications of the budget offering, ahead of its launch on October 6. As per the updated Flipkart listing, Poco C3 is confirmed to feature an HD+ display and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, the phone is fitted with a 13MP primary camera and will be offered with upto 4GB RAM. Another post on Twitter hints at the Poco C3 specifications and it looks eerily similar to the Redmi 9C that was launched as the Redmi 9 on August 27 in India. Poco is comparing the C3 with the Realme C11, Realme C12 and the Realme C15 that were all launched between July and August 2020 in India.
Moreover, pictures of the retail box of the Poco C3 have been leaked online listing the price of the 4GB RAM variant as Rs 10,999. The official price of this variant could be lower than the price mentioned on the retail box. Interestingly, the Redmi 9 launched in India starting at Rs 8,999 for the 4GB RAM variant.
Let’s take a look at the specifications of the Redmi 9C as the Poco C3 is expected to be it’s rebranded version.
The Redmi 9C features a 6.53-inch screen but with HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) resolution and a waterdrop notch cutout on the front which gives it a 20:9 aspect ratio.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 chipset with an octa-core CPU and PowerVR GE8320 graphics. This is paired with upto 3GB RAM and 64GB storage with an option to increase the storage by upto 512GB with microSD card. It runs on the latest MIUI 12 which is based on Android 10.
The phone comes with a triple camera array that consists of a primary 13MP camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s a 5MP selfie camera on the front housed within the waterdrop notch cutout.
The Redmi 9C comes with a rear fingerprint sensor and is fitted with a 5,000mAh battery but doesn’t support fast charging.
