The Xiaomi Mi 4i is the first Xiaomi smartphone to be launched in India first. The company held the first flash sale for the phone on April 30. The device sports a 2nd generation Snapdragon 615 SoC, along with 2GB of RAM and a 5 inch 1080p display. Xiaomi has fitted a 3120 mAh battery into a really slim body and added 13MP and 5MP cameras on the back and front respectively.
Xiaomi calls this device its ‘made for India flagship’, and while it has met with stiff competition from the Asus Zenfone 2 (2GB RAM), the device still boasts the best camera in the sub-15k smartphone range.
Furthermore, Xiaomi has recently also brought its Mi 16,000 mAh power bank to India, the first flash sale for which was held on June 9. The company has also announced that its Mi 5,000 mAh power bank will be brought back to India, at Rs. 699 soon.
