Vivo has launched audio focused X6S and X6S Plus smartphones in China. Both phones are equipped with a Yamaha YSS-205X audio processor, but the Vivo X6S has an AKM4355 32-bit DAC, while the X6S Plus has a ES9028 DAC. Both phones are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB of RAM. The two devices come with 64GB of onboard storage and a fingerprint sensor. Both phones run Android Lollipop v5.1.
The Vivo X6S has a 5.2-inch Full HD display, 2400mAh battery, and a 13MP rear camera. The Vivo X6S Plus has a 5.7-inch Full HD, 3000mAh battery, and a 16MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus. The X6S is priced at CNY 2,598 (approx. Rs. 26,700), while the X6S Plus is priced at CNY 2,998 (approx. Rs. 30,800). Vivo is also holding an event on April 5 in India, during which they are expected to launch a new smartphone.
