The images also show the mysterious button on the right edge, which is expected to start Bixby, Samsung's new AI assistant

The Samsung Galaxy S8 has been leaked once again. BGR.com has got its hands on a set of images that give us an up close look at Samsung’s upcoming smartphone. The device in the images look a lot like the videos and press renders we have seen in the past, and also matches up to the silhouette teasers Samsung has released.

The leaked images show the dual-curved display that the phone is expected to feature along with the notable absence of the home button. While none of these images show the rear of the device, previous leaks suggest that the fingerprint sensor would be moved next to the rear camera. The images also show the USB Type-C port and the 3.5mm audio port located at the bottom of the device. The volume rocker and power button is located on the left edge of the device, while one the right edge is a single button believed to be used to access the company's new virtual assistant, Bixby.

The upcoming smartphone is expected to be available in 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch QHD display variants. The device is expected to be powered by Samsung’s new Exynos 9 chipset, which is based on the 10nm FinFET processing technology. The company says that the new processor consumes 40% less power than its predecessor. The Samsung Galaxy S8 will be unveiled on March 29.
