Xiaomi recently discounted a bunch of its smartphones and other devices during the Flipkart Big Billion Day sale. It also hosted the Diwali with Mi sale where the same offers and discounts were made available and it seems like the company is extending the price cut it offered on the Redmi Note 7 Pro. The 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variant of the smartphone, which comes with 64GB of storage space, are still available for Rs 11,999 and Rs 13,999 respectively. Its 6GB RAM variant with 128GB storage is now priced at Rs 14,999.
The discounted Redmi Note 7 Pro is available for purchase via Flipkart and Mi.com. In addition to the price cut, Xiaomi is offering a no-cost EMI option on the handset. Airtel users can also avail up to 1120GB of 4G data and unlimited calling with the handset. As for the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the mid-range handset comes equipped with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display and is powered by the Snapdragon 675 SoC. It competes with the likes of the Realme 5 Pro and the Realme XT in its price segment.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 7 Pro comes equipped with a 48MP main camera sensor on the back. There’s also a 5MP secondary depth sensor on the phone. On the front is a 13MP sensor that is housed in a dewdrop notch display design. Ṭhe whole package is backed by a 4000mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 4.0.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro discount comes at a time when Xiaomi is gearing up to introduce its Redmi 8 smartphone in India. The company has confirmed that the Redmi 8 will be announced in India on October 9. While most info about the upcoming handset is under the wraps, Xiaomi is teasing dual cameras on the upcoming device, along with a notable battery. You can read more about it here.
