Realme is preparing to launchits next flagship smartphone market with its upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro. The device is expected to launch in mid-November, and the company has already confirmed an exciting collaboration with Japanese camera brand Ricoh, promising a significant boost in mobile photography. Further, the handset is also likely to sport a modular rear camera system.

While Realme hasn’t made it official, sources indicate that the GT 8 Pro could see its global launch between November 10–12. If true, India could be among the first markets to get the device. Pricing is expected to start at around Rs 65,000 in the Indian market.

The GT 8 Pro is said to feature a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED flexible display (1,440×3,136 pixels) with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of a staggering 7,000 nits. The screen also supports 100% DCI-P3 and sRGB colour gamut, offering top-tier visual clarity and colour accuracy.
Under the hood, the smartphone could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS storage. It packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, with 120W fast charging on the Pro model and 100W on the standard variant.

Furthermore, the GT 8 Pro features a Ricoh-engineered triple camera setup, led by a 50MP GR anti-glare primary lens with OIS and a 22mm focal length. It’s accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide and a 200MP telephoto lens offering up to 120x digital zoom. On the front, the phone may house a 32MP selfie camera.
