Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at Rs 1,29,999 for the base 12GB and 256GB variants. The 12GB and 512GB variants cost Rs 1,41,999, while the 12GB and 1TB storage costs Rs 1,65,999. Customers who pre-order the device will benefit from exclusive colour options such as Titanium Jadegreen, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Pinkgold. Customers will also receive benefits worth Rs 21,000, including a Rs 12,000 storage upgrade, which will allow them to get the 12GB 512GB variant for the price of the 12GB 256GB variant, as well as a Rs 9,000 upgrade bonus. Customers can also receive Rs 7,000 cashback when they buy the device with a 9-month no-cost EMI plan.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra gets a big 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120Hz panel with Corning Gorilla Armor 2 protection. It draws power from the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 12GB RAM and up to 16TB storage. The smartphone features a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy S25 Ultra comes with a 200MP main camera along with a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The smartphone also offers a 12MP front-facing camera.
