Oppo Reno 6 Pro will launch in India on July 14.

Oppo has confirmed that its upcoming Reno 6 Pro smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor when it launches on July 14 in India. The Oppo Reno 6 series was launched in May in China and now Oppo is bringing it to India. We've also seen how the Reno 6 series will look like thanks to the launch event page that is live on the Oppo India website.

Oppo Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro expected specifications

The Oppo Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro that have launched in China have a different set of specifications and hardware under the hood. The Oppo Reno 6 features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution with support for upto a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is topped with Gorilla Glass 5. It measures 7.6 millimetres in thickness and weighs 182 grams.

The Reno 6 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G78 GPU. It runs on ColorOS 11.3 that is based on Android 11.

The Reno 6 has a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 2MP macro camera. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera that is housed within a punch-hole notch cutout. 

The fingerprint sensor is embedded into the display and the Reno 6 comes equipped with a 4,300mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.

Meanwhile, the Reno 6 Pro features a slightly larger 6.55-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. 

The Reno 6 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor with an octa-core CPU clocked at upto 3.0GHz and Mali-G77 GPU. The Reno 6 Pro has the same three cameras on the back as the standard Reno 6 with the addition of a 2MP macro camera. 

The Oppo Reno 6 Pro has a 4,500mAh battery that also supports 65W fast charging out-of-the-box.
