Oppo Reno 6 Pro has already been confirmed for launch in India. The phone has been confirmed as a Flipkart exclusive, with the company also confirming the launch of the Oppo Reno 6 alongside it. While the company hasn't confirmed an exact launch date for the device, it is expected to launch in the middle of next month.
Earlier, tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) had tweeted about the phone getting an FCC certification. In the listing, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro has been shown to run ColorOS 11.3 based on Android 11. Other reports have revealed more details about the device, including the fact that it will pack a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. Other than this, they have also confirmed that the Reno 6 Pro will be a 5G phone which will come with support for four 5G bands — N5, N7, N38, N41.
The phone is also said to be quite thin at 7.9mm thickness and only weigh 188 grams. Other specifications of the Reno 6 Pro have also been leaked, with the Oppo Reno 6 Pro said to include a 6.55-inch full-HD+ OLED display with support for 90Hz refresh rate. There's said to be up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage under the hood, and for cameras, a 32-megapixel sensor at the front.
At the back, the phone is expected to get a quad rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and two 2-megapixel sensors. Last, but not the least, is the chipset running the phone. It is expected to be a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC.
