Oppo will announce its next selfie-centric smartphones, F3 and F3 Plus, on March 23. The company has confirmed the upcoming launch, and the F3 Plus has now appeared on GFXBench. Specifications of the F3 Plus were leaked online a few days back, and the benchmark listing further confirms some of those features.

With F3 Plus, Oppo is planning to compete with Vivo's recently launched selfie-centric V5 series. The benchmark listing states that the Oppo F3 Plus features a 6-inch Full HD display, and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The handset in question is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 653 SoC, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The main attraction of this smartphone lineup will be the front camera setup. The Oppo F3 Plus is expected to sport dual-front facing cameras. A standard 16MP sensor is expected to be present, with an additional 8MP sensor for capturing additional details like depth. The front camera is also likely to support 120-degree wide angle selfies. There will be a 16MP rear camera with support for Full HD video recording and other modes.

The Oppo F3 Plus could feature a 4000mAh battery and support the company's proprietary VOOC fast charging technology. The smartphone will be launched in India on March 23, and is also expected to hit other markets like Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia on the same day.
