OnePlus is all set to host its Summer Launch Event on July 16 in Milan, Italy. This event will launch the next-gen Nord 4, OnePlus Pad 2, OnePlus Watch 2R, and OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro. In this article, I am going to tell you the expected changes in the OnePlus Nord 4. While OnePlus has been teasing the smartphone on its social media, the rumours and leaks have given us a better picture. Let’s see what the OnePlus Nord 4 has to offer, according to these leaks.
A whole new design
OnePlus has revealed the design of the Nord 4. Unlike its predecessors, the OnePlus Nord 4 will feature two horizontally aligned camera rings. Previously, the Nord series had vertically placed camera setups, but it seems a design evolution has begun. OnePlus has also confirmed that the device will have a metal body and come in two colour options: Silver and Black. The silver variant will feature a dual-textured back panel, with stripes covering most of the back and a plain surface around the cameras.

Qualcomm processor this year?
Rumours on the internet are suggesting that the OnePlus Nord 4 will be a rebranded version of the China-exclusive OnePlus Ace 3V. The OnePlus Nord 4 is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor. Last year, we had MediaTek Dimensity 9000 in the OnePlus Nord 3.
Triple to Dual-camera setup this time
The official posters of the Nord 4 shared by OnePlus also reveal that this smartphone will have a dual camera setup. If rumours are to be believed then this dual-camera setup will hold a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel Ultrawide lens.
Bigger battery
The OnePlus Nord 3 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, however, the OnePlus Nord 4 is rumoured to be packed with a bigger 5500mAh battery. With a bigger battery, we can also expect faster charging, so the Nord 4 might support up to 100-watt fast charging.

Cheaper than the OnePlus Nord 3?
According to a known tipster, Abhishek Yadav, the OnePlus Nord 4 will launch at a starting price of Rs 27,999. This was the launch price that also included a launch discount. He tipped that the original starting price would be between Rs 31,000 – Rs 32,000. On the other hand, OnePlus launched the Nord 3 at a starting price of Rs 33,999.
