Nubia has launched a new smartphone called the Z17 Mini in India. Priced at Rs. 19,999, the device will be exclusively available via Amazon from June 12. Those interested in buying the phone can register by clicking here.

The Z17 Mini sports a dual-rear camera setup consisting of two 13MP Sony IMX258 sensors. One is a monochrome sensor, while the other is a RGB sensor. The two images are then combined to form a single image. The new phone offers 16 different modes other than the Pro and Normal shooting modes like Mono, Time shuttle, and more. There is also a 3D mode that uses the dual camera to create an interactive 3D pictures. At the front is a 16MP camera with an 80 degree wide angle lens.

The Nubia N17 Mini sports a 5.2-inch Full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 platform with 4GB of RAM. It is equipped with a 2950mAh battery and offers 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded by up to 200GB. The smartphone runs nubia UI 4.0, which is based on Android Marshmallow.

Nubia launched a larger variant of the device, the N17, in China a few days ago. This version of the phone features a 5.5-inch FHD display, and is powered by Qualcomm’s new flagship platform, the Snapdragon 835. Like the Z17 Mini, it too sports a dual-rear camera setup, but uses a combination of 23MP and 12MP sensors. It is now known if or when the company will launch the Nubia Z17 in India.
