Nokia’s first Windows Phone 7 device spotted – codenamed Sea Ray

It was three days ago that Nokia unveiled the MeeGo-based Nokia N9 in Singapore, and now, seen in a leaked confidential video recording of CEO Elop, the Finnish phone-makers have shown the world the first Nokia Windows Phone.

A device quite similar to the sleek, all-screen N9 was shown off, except that it had what looked like a capacitive Windows button at the bottom, and a dedicated camera key on the side.The Nokia WP7 device is codenamed Sea Ray, built along the same design principles as the N9, and from what’s been seen of that hardware, and the plentiful updates to Windows Phone 7, we have some hope for the future of the partnership.
