The listing, posted a bit too early by US-based retailer Frys, showed that the Moto G6 will ship from May 10, while the Moto G6 Play will ship from May 17.

Moto's new mid-range smartphones, the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play were accidentally listed well ahead of launch by US-based retailer Frys. The listing was spotted by Android Police, and has been taken down since then. The product pages listed by Frys for the two smartphones revealed full specifications, pricing and shipping dates. Moto is said to be launching the Moto G6 lineup – featuring the G6, G6 Play and G6 Plus, some time this month, with pre-orders opening this month and shipping commencing from May.

According to the listings, the Moto G6 will feature a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display with screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels and aspect ratio of 18:9. It will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, which is rumoured to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450. While it does not mention the amount of RAM, the Moto G6 is expected to come with 32GB of internal storage, with a microSD card slot capable of expanding total storage by up to 128GB. It is also expected to house a 3000mAh battery with TurboPower charging, and feature a '3D Glass Back'. It will also reportedly house an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and dual-rear camera of unspecified resolution. Imaging abilities mentioned in the listing include object recognition, selective focus and selective colour, face unlock, multi-shot and more. The multi-functioning fingerprint sensor is placed to the front here. The Moto G6 is reportedly priced at $249 (approx. Rs. 16,200), and is scheduled to ship from May 10.

The Moto G6 Play, meanwhile, is said to come with a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 display with screen resolution of 720×1440 pixels, and be powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core processor. Native storage and RAM have not been specified, but the G6 Play is slated to get the microSD slot capable of expanding storage by up to 128GB. It will also get a 4000mAh battery with TurboPower fast charging, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with front-LED flash, and fingerprint sensor to the rear. The Moto G6 Play is reportedly priced at $199 (approx. Rs. 13,000), and is scheduled to ship from May 17.

Moto is also expected to launch the Moto G6 Plus alongside the two aforementioned smartphones. Previous rumours have pointed at the smartphone being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630, 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. Other leaked specifications of the Moto G6 Plus include a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display, a dual-rear camera featuring 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras, a 16-megapixel front-facing camera, a 3200mAh battery and Android 8.0 Oreo. Pricing and shipping dates for the G6 Plus, however, have not yet been released.
