They both run on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box but Micromax has promised Android 9 Pie update for the devices in 45 days of launch.
The Micromax Infinity N12 and N11 feature the same design and almost the same specifications. However, they vary in terms of memory and the front camera configuration. In terms of memory, the N12 comes with 3GB RAM, coupled with 32GB of internal storage while the N11 features 2GB RAM with the same 32GB of onboard storage.
In the camera department, the smartphones feature a rear camera with the same 13MP + 5MP sensor configuration. However, the N12 is touted to feature a wide angle lens. On the front, the N12 comes equipped with a 16MP sensor while the N11 sports an 8MP camera. They are backed by a 4000mAh battery, which is said to deliver around 30 hours of talk time and 18 hours of audio playback. As mentioned earlier, the handsets run on Android 8.1 Oreo and the Android 9 Pie update should be rolled out for them in 45 days. The phones come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, along with Face Unlock.
Micromax has priced the Infinity N12 at Rs 9,999, while the N11 sports a price tag of Rs 8,999. The two phones will be available offline starting December 25 and will soon be available online as well. For launch offers, Jio customers will get to avail a cashback of Rs 2,200 with 50GB additional data when they recharge with Rs 198 and Rs 299 plans.
