The iVoomi iV505 is a budget Android smartphone with a 5-inch display, 1GB RAM and a quad-core processor. The ShopClues-exclusive smartphone goes on sale from March 9.

Chinese smartphone-maker iVoomi is entering the Indian market in collaboration with ShopClues. The company is launching its entry level smartphone iV505 to take on similarly priced offerings from Intex, Karbonn and Micromax.

The iVoomi iV505 is a dual-SIM smartphone with support for 4G VoLTE calling. The smartphone is compatible with Reliance Jio's 4G services, and also supports fast charging. The handset houses a 3000mAh battery, which sets it apart from other smartphones in this range. The iV505 features a 5-inch qHD display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It also offers 1GB RAM and 8GB storage with support for expandable memory of up to 128GB. There is a 5MP camera on the front and as well as on the back, with support for portrait and HDR modes.

The iV505 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and the handset is now available for pre-registration on ShopClues. The first sale of the smartphone priced at Rs 3,999 will be held on March 9. The device will be available in black and gold colour options.
