Google Pixel 10 series launch is months away but all major details are already out
The lineup is expected to include four models again.
The Pixel 10A has not been listed yet, though it may appear in the IMEI database in the coming months.
The Google Pixel 10 series is expected to run on the Tensor G5 processor.
Google unveiled its Pixel 9 series back in August 2024, and if the company follows its timeline, then we can expect the Pixel 10 around the same time. And turns out, the company is diligently working towards that. Rumours and leaks about the upcoming Pixel 10 series have even started to circulate on the internet. Now, the devices have also been spotted on the GSMA database. This means that the devices are indeed in the pipeline. The spotting has also revealed some details about the upcoming devices.
According to a report by Smartprix, the series is expected to include four models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. However, the Pixel 10A has not been listed yet, though it may appear in the IMEI database in the coming months.
The leaked model numbers are as follows:
- Pixel 10 – GLBW0, GL066
- Pixel 10 Pro – G4QUR, GN4F5
- Pixel 10 Pro XL – GUL82
- Pixel 10 Pro Fold – GU0NP
These listings indicate that Google is finalising regulatory approvals, making this one of the most reliable leaks about the Pixel 10 lineup.
Pixel 10 series expected specifications
For now, a lot is not known about the devices but it is expected to run on the Tensor G5 processor, which marks a major shift in Google’s chipset strategy. Unlike previous Samsung-manufactured Tensor chips, which faced performance and efficiency issues, the Tensor G5 is expected to be produced by TSMC.
Pixel 10 series expected launch
Like I said above, Pixel 9 was launched back in August 2024. So we can expect the Pixel 10 can also drop in August 2025. But nothing is confirmed yet. Since there is still a lot of time left, we can expect other leaks in the coming future too. For now, let’s take this with information a pinch of salt.
