For months now, there have been several rumours floating around about Google’s upcoming Pixel 10 series. Pixel fans have been eagerly waiting to know when the devices will officially launch, and now, a new report has finally spilled the beans. Along with the launch date, the report has also revealed details about pre-orders and shipping.
According to Android Headlines, Google is expected to announce the Pixel 10 series on August 20, 2025 at its Made by Google event. Pre-orders for the new phones will likely begin the same day. The devices are expected to start shipping on August 28.

The Google Pixel 10 is expected to be powered by the Tensor G5 chip, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It is said to run on the Android 16 software out of the box. For photography, the Pixel 10 could house a 64MP triple camera setup, including a periscope telephoto lens. Furthermore, leaks suggest AI tools such as AI-powered video editing in Google Photos and the ability to edit images using voice commands.

In terms of design, don’t expect a dramatic change. The Google Pixel 10 handset is said to have a similar look and feel to the Pixel 9, with the same button placements and form factor. The phone is rumoured to be available in Obsidian (Black), Blue, Iris (Purple) and Limoncello (Yellow) colour options.
