Apple has released iOS 26.0.1 for iPhone users, a minor software update aimed at resolving several bugs discovered during the initial iOS 26 rollout.
According to Apple, the patch addresses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity issues on the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro models, and iPhone Air.

To address this, Apple has officially released iOS 26.0.1 for iPhone users, a minor software update aimed at resolving several bugs discovered during the initial iOS 26 rollout. While not a feature-rich release, the update provides significant stability and security improvements, especially for owners of the new iPhone 17 lineup.
SurveyAccording to Apple, the patch addresses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity issues on the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro models, and iPhone Air. The company also confirmed fixes for cellular network disruptions that users reported after installing iOS 26 earlier this month.
This means that the update resolved all of the network and connectivity issues that users on Reddit and X were complaining about. The update also fixed photos that developed visual artefacts in specific lighting scenarios, as well as app icons that appeared blank after applying a custom tint. Accessibility users also reported that VoiceOver, Apple’s screen reader tool, was unexpectedly disabled after the previous update, it is also fixed now.

The iOS 26.0.1 also fixed the floating keyboard, where it occasionally shifted position on its own. The update has also patched the vulnerability in the FontParser component (tracked as CVE-2025-43400), which could allow maliciously crafted files to crash apps or corrupt memory. The company says it has strengthened memory handling with improved bounds checking to close the loophole.
It must be noted that the iOS 26.0.1 update is now available for the iPhone 11 and the new devices. The users can download the update by heading to Settings > General > Software Update.
Interestingly, Apple is also testing the iOS 26.1 beta. The update is expected to bring some big improvements including the expanded language support for Apple Intelligence and new translation features for AirPods. However, the exact timeline remains under the wraps.
