Xiaomi Tag officially revealed with design and price, specs leak ahead of launch
Xiaomi has officially revealed the design and pricing of the Xiaomi Tag, its new Bluetooth tracker aimed at users who want an affordable way to track keys, bags, luggage and other everyday items. The device is listed on Xiaomi’s online store in France at a recommended price of 17.99 euros (about Rs 1,933). While only the design and price are official, key specifications such as connectivity and battery details have been tipped.
SurveyThe Xiaomi Tag positions itself as a budget alternative to the Apple AirTag and Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2, which typically cost significantly more. So, if you are interested, here’s everything official and leaked below:
Xiaomi Tag price, design and other details
A single Xiaomi Tag is listed on Xiaomi France’s website for 17.99 euros (about Rs 1,933) and a pack of 4 for 59.99 euros (about Rs 6,445).

The device currently appears to be available only in white, with no details yet on availability outside select European markets.
The Xiaomi Tag features a minimalist oblong form in white plastic.

Meanwhile, German publication WinFuture has revealed that the device measures 7.2mm in thickness. It is said to be running on a replaceable CR2032 coin-cell battery, which is said to last up to a year before needing replacement.
For connectivity, it could come with support for Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. However, there is no mention of Ultra Wideband support, a feature that enables more precise location tracking in devices such as the AirTag. Earlier reports had hinted at possible UWB integration, potentially in a different variant, but Xiaomi has not confirmed this.
Finally, the Xiaomi Tag reportedly works with Apple’s Find My network and Google’s Find Hub. This would allow both iOS and Android users to locate misplaced items through their respective platforms. Such cross-platform compatibility could make the tracker more appealing in mixed-device households.
Since the brand has disclosed pricing, let’s expect other details to be revealed soon. Perhaps, Xiaomi could launch them alongside the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra launch ahead of MWC 2026.
