The Xiaomi has recently launched its Redmi Note 6 Pro, which will be available on Flipkart from November 23. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is also the first budget smartphone by the Chinese brand that comes with four cameras two at the front and two on the back. It features a 6.26-inch FHD+ display, which comes with a notch on top. On the other hand, its predecessor the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is called the “camera beast” by the company. Let’s compare the specification of these two devices to see whether the upgrade made by Xiaomi worths spending money or not?

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 6.26-inch display that offers a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a 5.99-inch display that also offers a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. However, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a notch on the top of the display, which is missing from the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Also, it has a bigger display that might be preferable for those who spends most of their time watching content on their smartphone. 

When it comes to the processor, the Xiaomi equipped the Redmi Note 6 Pro with the same processor as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 pro comes with. Both devices are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, which is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. 

Coming to the cameras, one of the most noticeable change that has been made by the Xiaomi in Redmi Note 6 Pro are the cameras. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a dual 12MP + 5MP rear camera along with a dual 20MP + 2MP unit on the front. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a dual 12MP + 5MP rear camera with a 20MP unit on the front. 

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is available on Flipkart at a price of Rs 14,999, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is starting from Rs 12,999.
