Intex iBuddy Connect II 3G-voice calling tablet available online at Rs. 7,500
The Intex iBuddy Connect II budget tablet boasts of 3G support and a dual-core processor for Rs. 7,500.
Intex has launched the new budget iBuddy Connect II tablet in the sub-Rs. 10,000 segment. The tablet features a 7-inch display screen, Android 4.0 ICS, a dual-core processor and 3G calling capabilities. The tablet is available on online e-commerce retailer ‘shopclues’ for Rs. 7,500 with a promised delivery time of 5-7 days.
The Intex iBuddy Connect II tablet’s has a 7-inch display has an 800×400 pixels resolution. It runs on outdated Android ICS OS and has a 1.5 GHz dual-core cortex processor. The tablet has just 512MB RAM which may slow down the tablet’s performance while viewing media files or gaming. The tab has 4GB built-in storage, expandable to 32GB via microSD card support.
The iBuddy Connect II supports dual-cameras for video conferencing which is an added attraction in a budget tablet. It has a 2MP rear camera and a front VGA camera for self portrait. On the connectivity front the tablet supports 3G calling, EDGE and Wi-Fi. Intex i-Buddy Connect II features a 3000 mAh battery that according to company claims delivers 300 hours of standby time, 5-6 hours browsing time with Wi-Fi and 5 hours talk-time.
The tablet also comes preloaded with Office Suit PRO and even an Educlass app for kids. Intex has loaded the iBuddy Connect II tablet with a host of popular apps and games like Facebook, Nimbuzz, Skype, Gtalk, Fruit Ninja, Moto Racing, Angry Birds, etc. The tablet was originally launched for Rs. 8,450.
