The web series will officially be released on JioHotstar. Viewers can enjoy Love Beyond Wicket starting January 1, 2026. The makers have opted for a weekly release format. However, the first four episodes will be released on day one.
Love Beyond Wicket is the story of Rangan, who is a former cricketer whose ambitions were not fulfilled in the cricket field the way he wanted them to be. He is now a coach and decides to take up the challenge of training the struggling team at the local cricket academy, where the team is full of untrained and low-confidence players, and the team is yet to win a match in years.
This is the biggest challenge for the coach, who has to motivate them and, at the same time, fight his own battles and frustrations in the process. He gradually starts understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the player and unites them to perform like a team through collective effort and perseverance, thus bringing the lost honour to the cricket academy and achieving the impossible through collective effort and perseverance through the series.
