The plot of this film revolves around Vikramaditya, who is a very passionate politician, and Adaa, who falls in love with him, but their love transcends into obsession. Ek deewane ki deewaniyat: Plot

The centre of the story is the character of Vikramaditya, who is a politician, and his love for Adaa, which begins on an incredibly sweet and tender note but soon turns into an obsession that clouds their lives.

Adaa fights to preserve her independence in the wake of never-ending challenges posed by the characteristics of her lover. This film is evidence enough that love sometimes turns out to be fatal when passion and possession mingle.
