Dell G15 D560554Win9B 11th Gen Core i5-11400H (2022)

The media could not be loaded.  Got this in Great Indian Festival in a stonking deal. Always buy product when they are just launched as at that time it is on it’s best price.Got this for about 76.5k after card discount. Now coming on product.Pros:Great performance from Hexa Core i5 (11400h). It is actually faster than AMD 5600h (its main rival). You can check bechmarks yourself.Graphics is RTX 3050ti with tdp of 95w after bios update. Tdp is highest from this graphis card among other laptop ( I think, don’t quote me)Haven’t tested gaming extensively, only checked Red Dead Redemption 2. It ran 1080p ultra with 2-3 settings on medium giving 40-50 fps average. Didn’t tested rtx as rdr2 dont have rtx feature ( Don’t know maybe it was on if it is in rdr2 ultimate edition)Ram is 16 gb (8gbx2) 3200mhz single rank. Absolute top notch.Storage is 512 gb ssd which is pretty fast.Build quality is plastic but fantastic with aluminium thrown here and there.Wieght is around 2.6 kg which is manageable in this class of laptop.Cons:Screen is 120hz but only 60% sRGB, 40% NTSC. It is fine for me and will be for you, but screen aficionados should think about this tradeoff in otherwise perfectly reasonable screen.Storage is on the low side (only 512gb in gaming laptop!!). It should be 1 tb. No excuses.Battery is 56wh and rated 5-6 hr but i got 3 hrs on battery saver with moderate to heavy usage.Warranty is only 1 year with no option of dell extended warranty in listing. It is available on dell website but they haven’t send me extended warranty quotation and i am expecting it will be expensive.That’s it folks. I am very happy with this purchase as you can’t get this config in this price. Battery quality should be improved and system restarts some times if we try to install some softwares. Gives the error as Windows not loaded properly.

This variant of G15 is almost perfect.The only downsides are:1. not so good speakers(loudness is fine but no bass at all)2. battery life is not good. Its around 4 hours in light-medium usage. It would be a little better in AMD variant.Every thing else is excellent1. Intel variant comes in Dark Shadow grey which looks great in orange backlit(which I wasn't sure before purchasing-check my posted images) instead of white color in Ryzen models.2. This has the best case RTX 3050Ti, its 80W+15W=95W TGP(check screenshot)3. The camera is shockingly good in this one which you won't expect from a gaming laptop.4. Build quality is solid.5. Comes with MS Office 2019 with lifetime warranty and McAfee for 1 year( For 3 PCs)6. Windows 11 is readily available and its great with 120Hz.Ryzen variant is better than this variant only in terms of battery life and yes it is more affordable. Buy this over AMD variant if you want Dark Shadow grey color and about 10% more FPS, since AMD variant comes with RTX 3050. AMD variant has Killer Wi-Fi 6 and this has Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201. Rest all are exactly the same. If you can throw some extra bucks, get this intel variant.

Battery drained fast then how to to work on without issues.

Within a month my graphics driver was crashing again after getting service from customer support dell that issue was resolved . After few days my laptop got turned off automatically and not getting turned on . I didn't know whether my battery got drained out or hardware problem

I tested some of the best AAA titles on this and did not notice any issue. I came across few reviews stating heating issue but I did not notice any post Dell BIOS update. While gaming the temperature was on an average 85 degrees which was normal.The gameshift mode drops the temperature even further and keep up the heat under control.Overall Good display, descent audio output, great keypad and build quality. I would rate it 9/10.

After 6 days, laptop is not turning on.It's very bad when you spent 90k and laptop still not working properlyAnd they are taking almost 1 month for replacement.

Multiple times flash reboot on intial setup,So guys now it working fine and its been a day, installed photoshop stuff and incredibles 2, tekken 7.3rd daySmoothInstalled windows 11 and loving it
