Things to know

Here are some of the things you need to know before claiming the free Adobe Express Premium:

  • Users need an active prepaid, postpaid, Xstream Fibre (Wi-Fi), or DTH connection.
  • For prepaid users, you must maintain an active recharge pack. If your service lapses, you may lose access to the subscription.
  • The offer can only be claimed through the latest version of the Airtel Thanks app.
  • Users can claim the offer till January 28, 2027.
  • The offer is limited to one redemption per user or Adobe account.
  • Unlike previous Airtel promotions (like the Perplexity Pro offer), this Adobe offer currently does not require credit card details or any payment method to activate.

How to claim 12 months of free Adobe Express Premium

Follow the simple steps below to claim your 12-month free Adobe Express Premium subscription with Airtel:

  1. Launch the Airtel Thanks app on your Android and iOS devices.
  2. In the top left corner of the screen, press the hamburger menu (three-line icon).
  3. Look for the Rewards & OTTs section and tap the down arrow next to it. Choose Rewards from the available options.
  4. Find Adobe Express Premium and press the Claim Now button.
  5. Hit the Proceed button. 
  6. Sign up or log in with your Adobe ID (you can also use your Google ID or Apple ID).
  7. Press the Continue button on the screen.
  8. You will be redirected to the Adobe Express Premium app. If the app is not installed, you’ll be taken to the Play Store or App Store to download it.
