Uber’s Metro Ticketing feature is currently available in Delhi NCR. The company aims to expand this feature to other cities soon.
How to book a Delhi Metro ticket using Uber
- Open the Uber app. Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
- Navigate to the Metro Tickets icon on the screen or in Services.
- Select your starting point/destination stations from the dropdown.
- Select the number of tickets you want to buy.
- Verify the fare and route before proceeding.
- Now, make the payment via UPI.
- Access your ticket. Your ticket will show as a QR code in the app. You can scan it at the metro gate to travel.
If you face any issues, simply tap the ‘?’ icon in the app before or after buying your ticket.
