The Season 3 update of Call of Duty: Mobile sees the return of Night Mode

This time around, the mode has been slightly tweaked and is now called 'Enhanced' Night Mode

Here are some tips to help you win

Call of Duty: Mobile's New Season 3 Tokyo Escape update is out and it seems the return of an enhanced version of Night Mode that was first seen a few years back. This time around, the night vision goggles cannot be worn indefinitely as they have a short battery life. When the battery is low, the player character will automatically remove the goggles in order to recharge them.

If you’re having trouble winning in this mode, here are a few tips that can help you out.

Know thine enemy

When wearing night vision goggles, you’ll see everything in green. As such, the red patches you usually see on enemy players will no longer be visible. This can make differentiating between friend and foe slightly difficult. In order to avoid this concussion. Keep an eye on your minimap to know the location of teammates and know that friendly players will have their name visible above them.

Know when to take a break

If you are on a roll and haven’t died in a while, it's easy to get swept up in the moment and continue the momentum. However, after a little while, your HUD will warn you that your goggle's battery is getting low. When that happens, you should consider wreaking off from the action and heading to a quiet corner. Here, you can take off the goggles and let them recharge. Because when putting on or removing goggles, your player character comes to a complete stop. Which is just asking for trouble.

AI Scorestreaks FTW

AI scorestreaks like the Sentry Turret, or the Stealth Chopper will automatically find and target enemies. These will not only help you target enemies, but will also help you rack up the kill count. Consider taking at least one of these scorestreaks on you when playing this mode.

That’s pretty much it. The mode is currently live and should be available for a limited time. To know more about Call of Duty: Mobile’s Season 3 Tokyo Escape update, click here
