iOS 7 Beta 5 out; brings more stability, design changes
HIGHLIGHTS

The newest version of iOS 7 has been released to developers and brings with it changes to icon design and more operational stability.

Apple has released the fifth beta version of its upcoming iOS 7 mobile operating system to developers and it appears that the new version makes the OS more stable. According to GSM Arena, people with access to the beta are reporting that while being more stable, the new version seems to have increased start-up times as well.

Screenshots of the iOS 7 Beta 5 posted by 9 to 5 Mac also show that Apple has incorporated some design and interface tweaks as well. The most noticeable of these changes are the redesigned icons in the settings menu with colour backgrounds added to the flat icons. The Beta 5 version also adds a Twitter icon to the contextual share menu and gives the ability to turn off the ‘Control Center’ panel that can be accessed at any time by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. The ‘Slide to Power Off’ button has also been redesigned and so have the buttons in the in-call menu. These are just some of the changes visible in iOS 7 Beta 5 among many others, which you can check out in the 9 to 5 Mac story.

Take a look at some of the redesigned elements of iOS 7 Beta 5 below:
