Specifications and features
The earbuds feature a dual-driver setup combining a 10mm dynamic driver with a FeatherBA balanced armature. The drivers are aligned in an 11-degree angle, which is said to deliver clear highs, deep bass, and balanced mids. According to EarFun’s CTO, Rocky Deng, this 11-degree alignment ‘minimises high-frequency attenuation’ and delivers ‘clearer, more natural highs.’
The sound is powered by Qualcomm’s QCC3091 SoC, supporting aptX Lossless, LDAC, and Bluetooth 6.0, which could mean high-resolution, stable wireless playback. The predecessor, Air Pro 4, also supported high-res codecs like LDAC, aptX Lossless, etc.

Noise control is handled by QuietSmart 3.0 adaptive ANC, capable of reducing ambient sound by up to 50dB. For calls, you get a six-mic AI-enhanced system. And for connectivity, you get options like Auracast, LE Audio, Google Fast Pair, in-ear detection, and a dedicated Gaming Mode to reduce latency.
Air Pro 4+’s battery life is rated at up to 54 hours in total (two hours more than the Air Pro 4), or 36 hours with ANC enabled. This is backed by fast charging that could offer three hours of playback from just 10 minutes of charge. It supports both USB-C and wireless charging.
Among other things, the earbuds are IP55-rated for dust and water resistance, making them suitable for outdoor and workout use. EarFun highlights that the earbuds have a ‘3-point ergonomic design’ developed using data from 10,000 ear models. This design has also received the 2025 Red Dot Design Award, IFA Innovation Award Honoree title, and Best of IFA 2025 recognition.
