BSNL, the state-run telecom operator, has launched its Diwali Bonanza 2025, offering 4G mobile services for just Re 1. Users can access BSNL’s 4G network almost free of cost for the first month. The limited-period offer runs from October 15 to November 15, 2025, and aims to attract new users to BSNL’s growing 4G network. The recharge plan offers free voice calls, daily data, and a complimentary SIM.

Under this offer, new customers can get a new BSNL 4G for just Rs 1. The plan comes loaded with unlimited voice calls across all networks, 2GB of high-speed data per day, a free SIM card, available after completing KYC formalities.
The plan’s 30-day validity makes it a great way for users to try BSNL’s upgraded 4G services without committing to a long-term plan. After the first month, users can choose from BSNL’s regular prepaid or postpaid options.

To avail this offer, users simply need to visit their nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (CSC) or authorised retailer. After completing the KYC process, customers can request the Diwali Bonanza Re 1 plan, receive their SIM, and start enjoying 4G connectivity instantly.
The offer is valid only during the festive window from October 15 to November 15, 2025, so users must activate their SIM during this period to enjoy the promotional benefits.
