VoiceMeeter is a voice changing app from Logitech, which is targeted more towards audio mixers. That being said, it has a plethora of advanced tools and customisations which might not necessarily be needed if you’re looking for a voice changer app for gaming. The app allows you to control and edit audio with ease, and is compatible with a wide selection of programs, from Skype to Google and more. Furthermore, it’s free and supports a wide selection of formats as well. However, it cannot change voices in real-time.
