BSNL has reportedly unveiled this new prepaid plan in its Andhra Pradesh & Telangana circle.
Taking on Reliance Jio, BSNL has announced a new prepaid plan priced at Rs 75 called ‘BSNL Jeevitha Prepaid Plan.’ As per a TelecomTalk report, the new plan offers voice and data benefits for 15 days, but the validity can be extended up to 180 days by again recharging with Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs). Under the Rs 75 prepaid plan from BSNL, users would get to avail unlimited voice calls, 10GB data and 500 SMS for 15 days. However, one should note that the free calling benefit doesn’t apply when placing calls in Mumbai and Delhi circles and additionally, the prepaid plan is said to be available only in the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana circle.
As per the report, the telco will extend the validity of the new prepaid plan by 90 days if the STV recharge amount is between Rs 98 to Rs 199. If the recharge value is above Rs 200, the validity is increased by 180 days. The STVs which are eligible for extending the Rs 75 pack validity are Rs 98, Rs 99, Rs 118, Rs 139, Rs 187, Rs 198, Rs 319, Rs 333, Rs 339, Rs 349, Rs 395, Rs 444, Rs 447 and Rs 551.
