BSNL has announced Samman Plan exclusively for senior citizens aged 60 and above, offering a full year of connectivity benefits at Rs 1,812. The plan comes with 2GB daily data, unlimited calling and other benefits. The limited-period offer is available through BSNL’s official website, the Self-care app, and authorised retailers. The Samman Plan is a limited-time offer and will remain available until November 18, 2025.

BSNL Samman Plan for senior citizens: Price and benefits
BSNL’s new Samman Plan dedicated to senior citizens comes priced at Rs 1,812 with a 365-day validity. The plan offers 2GB of daily data, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calls, along with a free SIM card for new users.
Additionally, subscribers aged 60 and above will receive a six-month BiTV subscription at no extra cost, adding more value to the festive deal.
Meanwhile, BSNL is also offering a 4G plan at just Rs 1 for new customers this Diwali. The plan provides 2GB of 4G data per day, 100 daily SMS, and free SIM activation (post-KYC). With a 30-day validity, this promotional offer gives users a month of free mobile services, letting new customers experience BSNL’s upgraded 4G network. The plan is valid until November 15.

Apart from this, BSNL is extending a 5% festive benefit on its popular Rs 485 and Rs 1,999 prepaid plans when recharged through the BSNL Self-care app or official website. Users will get an instant 2.5% discount, while the remaining 2.5% of the recharge amount will be donated to social service initiatives. Further, those who gift a recharge to someone else will see the recipient receive an extra 2.5% discount.
