Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will go on its third sale today on company's website. The smartphone will be available in 2GB RAM variant for the first time. Xiaomi has sold over 2.5 lakh units of Redmi Note 4 in the first sale held on Flipkart and Mi.com. With the cheapest 2GB RAM variant priced at Rs 9,999 now available, Xiaomi will certainly hope to reach far more consumers than before.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was announced in India on January 19 and the smartphone offers incremental upgrade over its predecessor. The Redmi Note 4 offers a 5.5-inch full HD display and the design is very similar to Redmi Note 3. The smartphone comes in three different storage options – 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 4GB RAM, 64GB storage.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was launched in China with a MediaTek chipset but the company tweaked the handset with a Snapdragon 625 processor for the Indian market. The smartphone offers a new 13MP rear camera with a Sony sensor while the front sports a 5MP snapper.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is a dual-SIM smartphone with support for LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The smartphone sports a rear fingerprint sensor and comes with a beefy 4100mAh battery. The smartphone runs MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the company has already started testing Nougat in beta phase. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be available in gray and gold colour variants during this sale.
