Xiaomi has also partnered with Paytm to offer Rs 300 cashback on select phones. Google Pay users can earn rewards of up to Rs 500 and there’s also 10 percent (up to Rs 1,000) SuperCash available for buyers who use MobiKwik to pay for the devices.
Like last year, Xiaomi has announced its “No.1 Mi Fan Sale” around Christmas time, which will be hosted from December 19 to 21. The company has revealed offers that one would get to avail during the sale and as expected, smartphones like the Mi A2, Redmi Y2 and the Redmi Note 5 Pro will be available at a discounted price. Additionally, a couple of Mi TV models will also be discounted during the sale, along with the Mi Body Composition Scale. Other offers include discounts like Rs 300 Paytm cashback on select phones. Those who pay using Google Pay will get to earn rewards of up to Rs 500 and there’s also a 10 percent (up to Rs 1,000) SuperCash available for buyers who use MobiKwik to pay for the devices.
Deals on No.1 Mi Fan Sale
Some notable deals during the sale include a Rs 1,000 off on the Mi A2 and the Redmi Y2 smartphones. The Mi A2 will be available at a starting price of Rs 14,999 during the sale, down from its previous price of Rs 15,999. After the Rs 1,000 discount, the Redmi Y2 will be priced at Rs 8,999 during the sale. As per the company’s website, the Rs 300 Paytm cashback will be available on both the phones. The Redmi Note 5 Pro is also being discounted by Rs 1,000 and will be up for grabs for Rs 12,999 during the sale. While there isn't any discount on the Poco F1, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, and the Redmi 6 Pro smartphones, one will still be able to avail the Rs 300 cashback on these handsets.
Coming to other Xiaomi devices, the Mi TV 4A Pro 49 will be available at a discounted price of Rs 30,999. The Mi TV 4A 43 will be discounted by Rs 1,000 and available at Rs 21,999 during the sale, while the Mi TV 4C Pro 32 will be available at Rs 14,999. To recall, citing Indian rupee depreciation against the US Dollar, Xiaomi had previously announced a price hike for the Mi TV 4C and the Mi TV 4A, along with some of its other devices. The Mi Body Composition Scale (review) will be up for grabs at a price of Rs 1,799, which was originally launched at Rs 1,999 in India.
During the sale, Xiaomi will offer Christmas-special Mi Gift Cards and coupons at 4PM. Exchange offers will also be available on eligible phones and a contest, where users can try and win the Redmi 6A for Rs 1 or coupons worth Rs 1,000. The company will also offer its Mi Protect service starting at Rs 549, along with cases and covers for Xiaomi phones starting at Rs 79.
