Samsung is working on two new Galaxy S5 devices with different set of specifications.

Samsung is gearing for some major announcements at its forthcoming February 24 event in Barcelona. Even as Samsung is set to unveil the next flagship ‘Galaxy S5’ smartphone, new rumours suggest the company is already working two new Galaxy S5 devices.

The new Samsung Galaxy S5 devices – SM-G900H and SM-G900R4 – come with different set of specifications. Both the devices have been spotted with AnTuTu benchmark scores.

The SM-G900R4 comes with a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 3GBRAM, Andreno 330 GPU, 32GB internal storage, 16MP primary camera, 2.1MP front-facing unit, a QHD display, and will run the latest Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

In the benchmark tests, the SM-G900R4 grabbed 31,483 points, which is surprisingly lower than the Note 3.

The SM-G900H features a 1.5GHz Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 522 CPU, 2GB RAM, ARM Mali-T628 GPU, 16GB built-in storage, and an HD Display. The device has similar camera capabilities and Android version. The device scores 35,445 points in the benchmark tests, beating Note 3 and other phones.
