Sony Xperia Z Ultra leaks again, shows Nexus-like onscreen buttons
Sony Xperia Z Ultra is likely to come with a 6.44-inch display with Nexus-like onscreen buttons at the bottom of the display
Sony’s long-rumoured phablet, codenamed Togari and expected to officially launch as Xperia Z Ultra, has been spotted in the wild, triggering more speculation about the upcoming device.
The leaked photo shows the large 6.44-inch display turned on as well as Nexus-like on screen buttons at the bottom of what’s believed to be a full HD display.
Sony’s next device has already been spotted in the official press invitation for an event in Paris on July 4. The press invite hinted that the phablet would have a slimmer body, ower/lock key, volume rocker and dedicated camera button.
The expected features of the Sony Xperia Ultra Z include an 6.44-inch 1080p display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, Android 4.2.2, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, and an 8MP rear camera. Like the flagship handset Xperia Z, the Ultra Z would also be water-resistant.
In the meanwhile, Sony’s phablet has popped up at ePrice, showing the device can be used with a pencil.
