Popular tipster Max Jambore has tipped that Samsung’s upcoming tri-folding smartphone could be named Galaxy Z TriFold. Although Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed it, a report by GalaxyClub said that the company registered the Galaxy Z Trifold trademark in South Korea earlier this week. The report further notes that this doesn’t confirm the name, as Samsung often registers its potential product names to prevent others from using them, and the actual name may differ.

Notably, some reports suggested that the phone could be called the Galaxy G Fold. Apart from this, the trifold phone’s design and other key details have also been leaked recently. The device is tipped to come with a cover display placed in the middle segment, and the right panel facing inward as part of the structure. The handset is also expected to have a vertical camera module on the back.

Furthermore, the Galaxy Z TriFold is expected to feature a titanium chassis and a Snapdragon chipset. It could also use upgraded, lighter titanium hinges.
