After launching its flagship Galaxy S25 series in January, the South Korean tech giant is gearing up for the launch of its next flagship Galaxy Z series. If Samsung follows its timeline, the next foldable and flip phones can drop in July 2025 during the next Unpacked event. While Samsung is still tight-lipped about what to expect from the smartphone, but rumours and leaks are circulating online in full swing, especially about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7.
SurveyWhile initial reports suggested a design similar to its predecessor, recent leaks hint at a major change in the cover display, potentially adopting a Motorola Razr-like design with the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: Expected specifications
This time, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to feature a larger cover display, according to latest reports. With this, it will possibly move away from the folder-like design seen in the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Flip 6. With this, we can expect enhanced usability, allowing for more functionality without unfolding the phone.
In addition to this, Samsung might also reduce the visibility of the crease on the inner display which is one of the biggest concerns in Samsung’s foldable lineup. The dual-camera setup on the cover screen is expected to remain, but leaks suggest the camera rings will now blend seamlessly with the device’s color for a more polished look.
Other than that, the smartphone is expected to pack a 6.7-inch main AMOLED panel. Under the hood, it can be powered by the Exynos 2500 chipset. We can get a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. It can also pack a 4,000mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: India Price
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to launch at $1,099, which is approximately Rs 1,09,999 in India, similar to its predecessor.
