Fresh details about the rumoured Samsung Galaxy S4 ‘Active’ (a.k.a Activ) have emerged online. According to leaked benchmark scores spotted in the Gfxbench results database, the smartphone, also dubbed as the SGH-I537 for AT&T, runs Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 chipset. It’s notable the S4 runs on the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa internationally and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 in the US.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 ‘Active’ has a dual-core chip, clocked at 1.9GHz. It runs Android 4.2.2 out of the box and has a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution display. Check out the leaked benchmark scores at the bottom of this article.

It’s not the first time we’re hearing about the Active variant of the S4. The smartphone was recently spotted in Bluetooth SIG certification. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active is a water-resistant featuring a 1080p resolution, 16GB storage capacity and 8MP camera. The smartphone is expected to hit store shelves in July this year.
