Samsung is reportedly preparing for the launch of its next Fan-edition variant of the Galaxy S25 series, which launched earlier this year. The device will likely debut in the coming months. While the official details remain scarce, reports suggest that the device will mostly retain the same design as its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. However, the handset will likely pack some significant hardware upgrades, including a massive battery and an LTPO AMOLED display panel.

According to a report by TechManiacs via GSMArena, the rumoured Galaxy S25 FE will largely sport a similar design as last year, but with an Armour Aluminium twist. The new frame is said to be thinner and lighter, with a 7.4mm thickness and 190g weight. Notably, the Galaxy S24 FE measures 8.0mm and weighs 213g. The handset is also likely to have a thinner bezel.
Additionally, the report suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will get a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a variable refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. However, it will still offer a 1080p+ panel with Gorilla Glass Victus+ protective layer.
The Galaxy S25 FE is tipped to be backed by the Exynos 2400 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage. For optics, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE may house a 12MP front camera, an upgrade over the 10MP front camera on the Galaxy S24 FE. The rear camera setup will likely include a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 12MP ultrawide sensor.
Samsung is also expected to launch the device with Android 16-based One UI 8, promising seven years of software updates.
