Samsung Galaxy Golden with dual 3.7-inch displays launched at Rs. 51,900
Samsung has launched a new flip smartphone, called the Galaxy Golden. Reminiscent of the Galaxy Folder, the Galaxy Golden features dual 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screens.
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has introduced its Galaxy Golden smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 51,900, the smartphone features two 3.7-inch slim Super AMOLED screens. While the outer screen enables users to make and receive calls, flipping the phone open brings up the inner screen that has a 3×4 keypad.
The Samsung Galaxy Golden is powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and comes with 8MP front and 1.9MP front camera. The smartphone comes with 16GB inbuilt storage. On the connectivity front, the Galaxy Golden comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS/AGPS.

The smartphone comes with an ‘Easy Mode’, which displays large fonts and icons allowing users to access and search apps quickly. Another notable feature of the smartphone is the ‘Hidden Receiver’ that allows users to take calls without opening the folder and provides high quality sound in noisy areas.
