Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor

Samsung recently announced the Galaxy C9 Pro in India at Rs 36,900. The launch of the C9 Pro also gave hints to the launch of other C-series devices in India at a later stage. Now, a Samsung device with model number 'SM-C501X' has been spotted on the website of WiFi Alliance, hinting at the existence of an international variant of Galaxy C5 Pro.

The smartphone has been spotted on the WiFi Alliance website in the past too. The previous device came with model number SM-C5010, which could be a variant launching specifically in China. In the past, the smartphone has appeared on benchmarks and cleared TENAA and US FCC certifications.

The Galaxy C5 Pro is tipped to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor. The benchmark listing hints at the device offering 4GB RAM and run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The device is expected to feature a full HD display with a screen size of 5.2 or 5.5-inch in dimension.

Like the Galaxy C9 Pro, the Galaxy C5 Pro is also rumoured to offer a combination of 16MP front and rear cameras. The smartphone should debut first in China before reaching out to other markets.
