The handsets have been going on sale from some time now, following the company’s flash sale philosophy. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro has a dual rear camera configuration and it made waves for being the first mid-range handset to sport a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. The phone’s younger sibling also features a dual camera configuration but it’s a 12MP + 2MP setup. The two handsets will be available online today via Flipkart and and offline via Mi Home Stores.

Redmi Note 7 Pro Specifications

In terms of specifications, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 675 platform and comes with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. It sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ LTPS display with a 19.5:9 waterdrop notch screen design. Alongside Gorilla Glass 5 protection for the display and the rear panel, the handset features Sunlight Display, which boosts brightness and contrast, and Reading Mode that adjusts colour temperature to reduce blue light. The handset sports a Type-C port and is backed by a 4000mAh battery that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.

Coming to the device’s camera, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is equipped with a 48MP + 5MP main camera setup. The 48MP camera is the Sony IMX586 sensor, which is a half-inch stacked CMOS sensor touted to deliver better low-light images. This main camera sports an f/1.79 aperture lens. The front camera gets a 13MP sensor that enables face unlock as well. The device runs on MIUI 10, which is based on Android 9 Pie.

Redmi Note 7 Specifications

Coming to the Redmi Note 7, the handset features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ LTPS screen with a 19.5:9 waterdrop notch display design.
