The Vivo X300 Pro is said to get a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It can get the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and could be backed by a 7,000mAh battery and 120W charging support. It can also carry the IP68/IP69 ratings, a metal frame, and Armor Glass protection.

For the camera, the device can get a triple camera setup tuned by Zeiss. It can include a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor with OIS, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, there can be a 50MP selfie camera.

On the other hand, Vivo X300 FE can get a 6.31-inch AMOLED display offering 1.5K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. It can feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and may get 12GB of RAM. It can pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging and run on the latest Android 16 update. It will also carry an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68/IP69 rating and a premium metal frame.
In terms of camera, the device can get a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor (OIS), a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. A 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor is expected on the front for selfies.
