OnePlus could be gearing up to add a new member to the upcoming flagship lineup, comprising the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 15R. The new device, allegedly called the OnePlus Turbo, is likely to be a performance-centric smartphone. Early leaks suggest it will pack Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a high-refresh-rate OLED display, and a massive 8,000 mAh battery.

OnePlus Turbo India launch timeline (Leaked)
According to a recent report by SmartPrix, the OnePlus Turbo is currently under internal testing in India. While OnePlus hasn’t confirmed its existence, the phone is expected to make its debut in the country within the next two months. An exact launch date, however, remains under wraps, suggesting that OnePlus might be planning a surprise announcement once Qualcomm makes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 official.
OnePlus Turbo specifications (Expected)
Codenamed “Macan”, the OnePlus Turbo is tipped to be a performance-first smartphone. The handset could feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it’s expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with OnePlus’ new “Glacier Cooling System,” to manage heat dissipation during prolonged gaming or heavy workloads.
In the camera department, the Turbo is rumoured to sport a dual rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, alongside a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
