OnePlus 15 to launch in India in November: Here’s what to expect

OnePlus 15 is set to make its official debut in China on October 27, with an India launch expected shortly after. The company has already gone live with a microsite on the OnePlus India website, teasing the handset’s imminent arrival and hinting at a few surprises. The next-generation flagship will succeed the OnePlus 14 series and bring major upgrades in display, performance, and battery life. OnePlus has also confirmed that the OnePlus 15 will feature the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.

OnePlus 15 India launch timeline

The OnePlus 15 microsite on the company’s India portal teases that “something special” will be revealed on October 29. While many speculate that this could be an India-specific announcement or a launch date reveal, OnePlus hasn’t officially confirmed it yet.

Given that the China launch is scheduled for October 27, the India event could follow soon after, potentially within the first week of November.

OnePlus has confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus 15 will introduce eight new performance-centric technologies, including the G2 gaming network chip to boost both Wi-Fi and cellular stability, even in weak signal areas.

The smartphone will also debut Android’s first Touch Display Sync feature for ultra-fast touch response. A new “Glacier” cooling system, featuring aerogel insulation and an ultra-thin vapour chamber to manage thermal performance during intense gaming sessions.

Additionally, the Inter-game Recharge feature will allow quicker top-ups between gaming intervals. It will feature a 1.5K BOE Flexible Oriental OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate for stunning visuals. Backed by a 7,300mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
