WickedLeak Titan 4 phone launched with huge 5330 mAh battery
Wickedleak launches Wammy Titan 4 smartphone, boasts of the 'World's biggest battery.'
Domestic smartphone maker, Wickedleak has launched a new smartphone called the Wammy Titan 4 for Rs 14,990. The smartphone has a 5330 mAh battery that the company claims is the "world's biggest battery".
The Wickedleak Wammy Titan 4 has a 5-inch full-HD OGS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and 441ppi pixel density. It comes with an 'Advanced Fingerprint ID' sensor located on the home button below the display. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Wammy Titan 4 has an octa-core MediaTek 1.7 GHz processor with 2 GB of RAM. It has a 16 MP auto-focus rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor and LED flash. The smartphone also has a 5 MP front camera for selfie lovers. Connectivity options included in the smartphone are dual-SIM (GSM+GSM), 3G, WiFi, microUSB, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0 support. It has 16GB internal storage expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card. The Wammy Titan 4 has a 5330mAh battery that, according to the company, delivers up to 43 days of standby time, 28 hours (3G) and 31 hours (2G) talk time.
The Wickedleak Wammy Titan 4 is available for pre-order for Rs 14,990 from the company's website with deliveries starting from March 1. It comes with an optional Aqua Protect water resistant technology, that increases the price of the device to Rs. 16,490.
Apart from Wickedleak, domestic handset makers Gionee and Lava have also launched devices with long battery lives. The Gionee Marathon M3 smartphone boasts of a 5000 mAh battery and Lava's Iris Fuel 20 features a 4400 mAh battery.
