Motorola Signature 27 Announcement Date: Lenovo-owned smartphone maker Motorola is gearing up to add another handset in its “Signature” lineup. After teasing the device for a while, the company has now revealed that the Motorola Signature 27 will be announced on September 22, 2026, at the Snapdragon Summit. The teaser showcased the phone’s camera lenses, two colourways and a Snapdragon processor.
SurveyIt remains unclear whether the handset will succeed the existing Motorola Signature or cater to a different audience as a different SKU. For the unversed, the Signature series sits above the Edge and G series. An announcement at the Snapdragon Summit is likely an indication that the Signature 27 will debut with a Snapdragon 8 series chipset.

The teaser reveals two Pantone shades – Coal Smoke and Capulet Olive. Considering the teaser, the Olive shade is expected to have a vegan leather finish on the back. Just like the first-generation Signature, the handset will have a metallic frame.
Motorola Signature 27: Expected India launch timeline
Considering Motorola’s track record, the company unveiled the Motorola Signature in India a few weeks after the global announcement. Hence, we can expect the Motorola Signature 27 to debut in India next month or before the end of 2026.
Motorola Signature price and specs
The existing Motorola Signature launched at a starting price of Rs 59,999 (12GB + 256GB). It shipped in two other variants: 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB, priced at Rs 64,999 and Rs 69,999, respectively. Buyers can purchase the device from Motorola India’s official site and e-commerce platform Flipkart in India.
